We build our Business Team as one, cross-functional team that involves (you) New Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Content Specialist, and a Graphic Designer. We work closely with Business Unit Manager and Managing Director who act as stakeholders. You can look at this role as a mix of Business Development, Account Execution, and Partnerships Manager. We work together to build out our sales channels, feed our pipeline, lead client discovery meetings and contract negotiations. This role will be focusing on the R&D area (R&D Business Unit), which means you will become an expert in products/clients that disrupt the connectivity, IoT, automotive, broadband, telecom, and mixed reality industries.

Our perfect candidate will take charge of the new business development for the Business Unit R&D. This includes creating & executing strategies for lead generation as per ICP, further prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. Your goal will be to become an expert in R&D and specialize in hunting for new projects in connectivity, IoT, embedded, automotive, mixed reality, etc. There’s a significant level of independence but also the whole team and investments plan to support your activities. You might need to step out of the “typical” sales tasks and reach the goals with an entrepreneurial approach. This is your dream job if you’re proactive, resourceful, and hungry for growth. You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • Interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent English, written and spoken;
  • Knowledge, interest, or experience in R&D projects (embedded technologies, connectivity, automotive);
  • Deal lifecycle management (from prospect to won);
  • High sense of ownership and ability to execute projects in sales from idea to result;
  • Great networking skills (e.g., at conferences, webinars, and fairs).

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

  • Previous experience working in teams that use ABM,
  • Experience and network of contacts in the Nordics & the UK.
