About project and responsibility

Our Scandinavian automotive client is creating a new Software Factory unit where you, together with the team, will be challenging the software production pipelines and improve their effectiveness from commit, through testing all the way to the release.

Our Client is building its' CI/CD Software Factory to facilitate engineering, building, and operating the Cx (Continuous Integration, Continuous Verification, Continuous Validation) flow across various multiple (270) R&D projects.

Your role will focus on implementing new design, improving efficiency and feedback loop times, based on a common Team approach. You can expect 100% of creative destruction and creation. You won't face specific guidelines and procedures, but you will co-create them and implement along with CI/CD Architects support and guidance.

The team is guided in SAFe methodology (Agile), and you will work together with: Cx Architects, Product Owner, Scrum Master, HMI Expert, Cybersecurity Expert, Implementation Leader and several Senior Cx Development Engineers.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in IT industry in various positions, related to SCM, DevOps and/or software development areas;
  • Commercial experience (2+ years) in large scale projects in scope of DevOps activities, implementing their architecture, scope and suggesting technical solutions;
  • Hands-on experience in Git/Gerrit/Jenkins environment;
  • Practical skills and good understanding of Python scripting (to automation purpose);
  • Experience with solutions based on cloud environments;
  • Location in Poland, to make easy signing cooperation offer and, from time to time, team meetings;
  • Smooth and efficient English communication (C1);
  • Extra points for: Azure certification and automotive industry experience.
