We build our Growth Team as one, cross-functional team that involves (you) as Head of Growth, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, and other Sales specialists. As a leader of our growth team, you will also collaborate directly with the CEO, COO, Head of People & Culture, and Head of Delivery to create the best possible value proposition for our clients and employees. We build custom software services within Life Science, Healthcare, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in European markets, but not limited to.

As responsible for the growth team you will create & execute sales and marketing strategies for lead generation as per ICP, further prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. You will also work closely with our offering portfolio team to create the best services. You will also act as a company ambassador internationally, leading and closing your sales and maintaining relationships with our partners and clients.

Your goal will be to turn our well-performing sales and marketing teams into best-in-class growth teams by experimenting and implementing best practices for lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion. You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • Experience in leading sales and marketing teams;
  • Ability to define and measure sales and marketing performance;
  • Experience in international B2B sales in European Markets (DACH, UK, Nordics);
  • Deal lifecycle management (from prospect to close the deal) according to the agreed sales process;
  • Interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent English, written and spoken. (Polish, German is optional);
  • High sense of ownership and ability to execute projects in sales from idea to result.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

  • Great networking and leadership skills;
  • Previous experience working in teams that use ABM, SEO/SEM, Outbound, and Inbound marketing.
