We are looking for a Scrum Master who will coach the fresh team of 7 engineers in an agile mindset and ensure processes are followed. Our team cooperates on developing a platform that covers all aspects of Swedish social care and services. In this role, you will be responsible for applying proper agile techniques and Scrum methodology in cooperation with a Swedish client. We would like you to maintain high-quality delivery routines in projects. You will drive the team to get things done by facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. 

  •  At least 7 years of working experience in Scrum Master position; 
  • Fluent English skills (at least B2 level);
  • Working experience in promoting good Agile practices in the organization; 
  • Able to support collaboration and communication within the organization;
  • An interest in requirements, verify and help elaborate user stories, enjoy hands-on work with requirements;
  • Ability to facilitate planning, progress, coordination and continuous improvement within the team;
  • Experience in the support given to Product Owners to make sure the Product Backlog is arranged to maximize value.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas: 

  • Scrum related certifications; 
  • Jira, Confluence and/or similar tools experience; 
  • Understanding of microservices and container-based environments;
  • Agile mindset.
